Terrible , makes the Nexus One a terrible phone , pulls it back a few notches to earlier versions of Android , quickly took it off my phone and got a refund

Was wondering where the colts’ open home theme went to? I purchased it, and (not related to the purchase) late my phone became defective and had to return it for a new one. Now, when I go to my apps to re-install the Colts theme, it says it is no longer there. Can you help me? I really REALLY want my Colts open home theme back I love it! Plus, I paid for it! It’s been more than 24 hours and that charge cannot be re-credited to my Visa! ARGH! PLEASE, PLEASE HELP ME!
