Whats the point I doubt it will be better.

I’ve joined the google group and am excited about working on this project! I would have started working on this earlier but I have to say looking at the massive amount of C that needed to be ported daunted me. A team effort definitely sounds better.

Ok, I just created a Google group that is now open. I will send out personal invites to everyone I have been in contact with over the last month.

I too share your disappointment in the majority of the Android games, and would like to see the quality reach/surpass that of iPhone. But the common gripe I hear among developers is the return on investment is just not there with Android. To compound thisj full refunds, Google’s poor/non-existent customer support and the money’s just better on Apple make luring good game developers tough. I’ve written on this subject and advocating better development.

If there’s any awesome developer out there… it would encourage you to take up the Bounty… or share a number ($$$) that would entice you…

I have exchange emails with all these guys and each one has expressed some interest, but there is no “team” setup yet. The more I thought about this project, I realized the scope of all the work and realize this would most likely be a team effort instead of an individual dev.

I still believe the right dev could pull this off by himself, but it just comes down to time. Most of these devs are working independent and have full time commitments with their jobs.

I’m hoping the increased bounty will encourage some cooperation and I’m stepping up my efforts to increase communications among all the parties involved.

Today I will create a Google group and invite everyone to participate in order to keep the discussion moving forward.
