The app came out the same day I just happened to need to buy flowers. I downloaded it, I attempted to make a purchase from it several times. Every time the purchase would revert to th previous sreen of the last one making impossible to complete. Then after several tries, it force cloes. To make matters worse, I called to place the order, but had to call back several times and was on hold more than an hour in total. The reps there are IMHO trained from a script and will not deviate in order to do what is right by their customer. I doubt I will evr use them again.
