Our friends from hdblog.it have got their hands on the new HTC Tattoo and posted a lengthy video review. The phone is currently available in Europe, but I have heard rumors it will find its way to the United States. The Tattoo is one of the first Android phones to feature a smaller 2.8 inch display with 240×320 QVGA resolution. Users can also fully customize the outside of the device by removing the entire casing and replacing it with a custom one. HTC has even launched a dedicated site for customers to order new tattoos for their Tattoo.
