Ehhh, as the old fashioned demoscener i find the background graphics/fx in this ad much more entertaining and absorbing than the front (phone + banner texts) :). Someone in the T-Mo mktg has missed the point IMHO :).

It really seems faster. Maybe its the extra boost in RAM (256 vs 192) or maybe its that I only have about 20 apps installed. Check back with me in a week or two ;)

Sam, is it really faster than the G1? I was under the impression that it would be the same, since it has the same processor.

Just got mine in the mail yesterday. So far I’m really diggin it. The glass screen is nice, has a good solid feel in the hand and man oh man, it’s fast! The camera is much better than g1/myTouch, wish it had flash though. The keyboard takes a little getting used to..it’s by no means bad, just prefer the G1 keyboard. Only issues for me is no root so far, no Android 1.6, and for whatever reason a few of my paid apps don’t show in the market.
