I'd recommend Tioli's Crazee Burger in North Park or Bareback Grill in Pacific Beach (especially for the french fries covered in sugar). I highly recommend it if you like fresh fish/crab/etc. and the weather is perfect right now to eat outside while watching the sea lions playing in the marina. Just remember to bring cash!
