I would LOVE an early upgrade, even if it means signing for another 2 years as of the upgrade date. Too many phones come out in a 2 years span.

I don’t know if it is related but about 6 months ago I got asked to participate in a T-mobile survey and it had similar questions to those here. After taking and submitting the survey, may 2-3 weeks, I was given a “Loyalty Package” that included unlimited calls, messages and web usage for about 20 dollars under what I was paying.

I have been w/ T-mobile for at least 5 years. Got an email says that I’m invited to the preview program. When I logged in from the email links, the site tells me I’m not invited. Blah…some kind of stupid joke?

hmm. I’ve been with TMO/Vstream for 12 years and last year received an appreciation letter saying I was in the top 5% for loyalty. so far, no email, no special page when logged in. I’ll keep looking.
