Verizon told us they would be giving a preview of the limited edition R2-D2 Droid 2 at tomorrow’s Star Wars Celebration V in Orlando, but one convention goer spotted the phone early and was able to snap a picture. Those who purchase the limited edition phone should expect exclusive Star Wars content including videos, Empire wallpapers, Star Wars sounds, movie stills, original artwork, and Jedi training.

If you wish to purchase the phone make sure you visit the teaser site and sign up for alerts now. The collectors item is only available online and it goes on sale in limited quantities on September 30th. No official price has been announced, but if Verizon prices it like the Droid 2 then it will be $199 with 2-year contract.
