Verizon’s HTC DROID Incredible 2 launch on April 28th?

It looks like we may finally have a lunch date for Verizon’s HTC DROID Incredible 2.  A new image indicates that the HTC DROID Incredible 2 will launch “in ALL Channels on April 28, 2011.”  We’re still a bit puzzled as to why Verizon still hasn’t even acknowledged that the DROID Incredible is heading to their network.  The price of the Incredible 2 is still up in the air, but since it features a 4-inch display and no support for Verizon’s 4G LTE network, our guess is that it’ll come in right around $200 with a new contract.  If you happen to take a quick glance at your calendar, April 28th is exactly two week out from today, so you better start saving up that extra cash! How many of you are looking to trade up to the HTC DROID Incredible 2 from the original DROID Incredible or even the wildly outdated HTC DROID Eris?

I’m definitely ready for it. I don’t have any need for the 4glte as of yet. Especially cause I will need a device that will get through the day on a charge. Plus 3G is already tried and true. I know the phone will function well. Not to mention they have finally figured out the camera situation to have a strong running camera. And I personally love the tap to focus. Can’t wait for the official announcement.
