As you already know, the HTC EVO 3D has been finally released. And we got a chance to attend the launch party in the glamorous city of Hollywood, CA, hosted by Radio Shack and HTC. It must be said they know how to throw a party! The event was indeed nice with free drinks, food (ravaged before I got the chance to try it) and celebrities.

While the plan was to interview the superstars using the brand new HTC EVO 3D, I was not able to get my hands on the phone until after they walked the carpet. By the way, this carpet was not red, but green. The movie The Green Hornet comes prepacked with every brand New HTC EVO 3D, and the movie played a big part at this party. In fact, the Green Hornet car was at the spot. It’s a fully working vehicle, and we thought you might like to see it!

The party was great, but the sweetest part of this eventful night was getting our hands on a shiny new HTC EVO 3D. (That’s probably what you guys care more about, too!). Thank you, Radio Shack and HTC! After playing around with it, I walked around the party so you guys can see just how hard we’re working. Of course, the lighting was very low, but you get an idea of how dark partying pictures/videos will look. I’ve also done a short hands-on preview (just a quick tease) of the device for you to check out. And the videos are posted right below, along with the specs.

Something that really bugged me was that I only recognized a couple celebrities. But I must say that I’m quite behind on the Hollywood scene.
