Videos: Motorola Droid Bionic in action

droid-bionic

The Motorola Droid Bionic is expected to finally be released this week. Several months since its announcement at CES, many of you are still set on making this your next phone. But, after this delay, is it worth it?

Those planning to purchase a Bionic should comb over these videos, as well as the owners’ comments at Android Central forums. Check them out and see if the Droid Bionic still holds up to all the hype–it does have some good specs, after all. You might want to wait for Verizon’s upcoming Ice Cream Sandwich smartphone (“Droid Prime”), though.

These videos cover everything. From regular Homescreen overviews to benchmarks, Netflix and even Dungeon Defenders. Grab your popcorn, sit back and take a deep look at the Motorola Droid Bionic. Do tell us what you think! Are you guys getting one of these? Would you rather wait for the “Droid Prime” (it’s unlikely this will be its name) or Nexus device? Maybe another device coming to Verizon?

With how long its taken for this phone to come out, everything about it seems very solid and promising. I’m glad they took that extra time to really give this phone a personality

It’s not a bad phone, but the hype of it being a completely different phone from the Photon or even Atrix is annoying. The Photon and Bionic are improvements from the Atrix because it had issues but it was known this phone (terminator) would launch on several carriers. It would of done better in a timely manner. If any big phone is coming to decal carriers it should be in a timely manner.

And I meant several carriers not “decal”. Damn autocorrect.

I think this phone got too much hype overall… Ever since its release, the delay, the modifications, everything. By now, I am personally more excited about the next Nexus device… If it actually ends up coming to Verizon….

This thing is a beast! And the camera looks to be top shelf! This is going to make my decision even harder..

Too little, too late. With the Prime in FCC testing how long can it be?

Guess I missed the show. All videos say “removed by user”
