Galaxy Nexus sign up page now live on Samsung’s site, includes seven US carriers

Want to be the first of your friends to get the latest on the Galaxy Nexus from Samsung? Keep reading our blog and we will do our best to take care of you, but you might also want to head over to Samsung.com and sign up to be notified when official news updates are available. We still don’t know which carriers the device will come to, but Samsung allows you to select AT&T, Cellular South (now C Spire), MetroPCS, Sprint, T-Mobile, US Cellular, and Verizon.

Right now it appears that Verizon is pretty much guaranteed to get the Galaxy Nexus soon since Google employees have been using that branded version, but we are still waiting on official confirmation from the other carriers. I know some of the regional carriers like MetroPCS and US Cellular would love to carry the device, so it will be interesting to see what deals get announced.

I notice your username is “ihatefanboys”. Richard is not only a fanboy, but a trolling, annoying, moronic fanboy who basically copy/pastes his own words into countless websites on many articles. Need I say more?

I would probably switch to MetroPCS if it meant I didn’t have to pay a ridiculous amount of money. :0

MetroPCS has some pretty competitive no-contract plans and they are expanding their 4G LTE network. It would be interesting to see them offer the Galaxy Nexus for sure.

Metro has great service in my city. I have family and friends who all use Metro. $40 a month gets you unlimited everything. And I think my city might have LTE.

It would actually be awesome if MetroPCS did get the Galaxy Nexus they have great 4g coverage and 3g coverage now in Central Florida I planned on getting the phone outright without contract to use on T-Mobile I could use an affordable 4g LTE phone, $50 month for unlimited everything and no throttled speeds is not a bad deal.

you can get $40 plan all unlimited if you have dumb phone

they put you on $50 plan if you have non-4G-LTE Androids

and they put you on $60 plan if you have 4G-LTE Androids… I don’t know about other cities, but in Dallas area we get like 1mb download on LTE…..

Did they just change that because unlimited text, data, and minutes for Android was $50 and $60 if you wanted unlimited Rhapsody or Metros on demand streaming service.

            Thumb upThumb down -3

if you want unlimited Rhapsody on top of non-4G LTE, it’s extra $10 more

But if you have 4G LTE plan, the unlimited Rhapsody is included already

Why were my replies thumbed down you idiots….? For giving out factual information?? Since when does giving out helpful information is bad?

Or is it the Ceo of MetroPCS who did it? Cause I exposed your true downloading speed? Or Yarell b/c I didn’t mention Sprint??

            Joke aside,

During the event they did say that they got everyone covered so we won’t have to worry about getting it, so it’s only a matter of when.

    CHOOSE ALL THE CARRIERS!!!!

….But seriously. Where is an option for those of us who have contracts ending soon? I’m highly motivated to stay with VZW due to unlimited data grandfathering but if it comes time to deal and they say they can’t do that I will politely yet swiftly walk out of the store and into their competition’s arms. Therefore, I would like all information possible.

Yesterday, I signed up on the official Nexus website ( http://www.google.com/nexus/ ) .

However, if signing up on Samsung’s site means its more likely to be released for T-Mobile, then consider me signed up on Samsung’s site as well.

This is incredibly stupid. Google and Samsung have this huge product unveiling, yet no one knows for sure where or when the phone will be available.

Sign up by email with Google and Samsung to find out when you can purchase? How about you just function like a sane corporation and tell us yesterday when we were all watching.
