Plum HTC EVO 3D finally available from Amazon for as little as $50

If you’re planning to purchase the HTC EVO 3D and think black is simply too plain for you, Amazon Wireless is now offering a plum colored variant of HTC’s first 3D capable handset. We first learned of the Plum HTC EVO 3D nearly two months ago when rumors were going around that the phone would be available from Best Buy. Time passed, but the plum phone never materialized. We’re not sure if Best Buy still has plans to launch the Plum HTC EVO 3D, but we suggest you go ahead and buy it from Amazon Wireless.

Those of you signing up for a new two-year contract or who are eligible for a full upgrade will only need to pay $50 for the Plum HTC EVO 3D. It may not be the best deal around, but it sure beats the $199 price tag Sprint currently has on the original black EVO 3D.

There’s no denying that the HTC EVO 3D is a good phone. Now that it’s available in white, plum and black, it just makes your purchase decision slightly tougher. We know how most of you feel about the HTC Rhyme and its color. Is a plum EVO 3D a phone only for women? Would any of you guys be interested in a purple device to simply stand out a bit more from the crowd?
