This past weekend played host to the much anticipated Big Android BBQ. We were on hand with a set of limited edition tees and a pair of devices to give away, and as usual, we made sure to get everything on camera. @BigKeivan braved the Texas heat and many beers to bring you the following video recap:

We paired with @NVIDIATegra to give away a Motorola Photon 4G and a Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1. The Photon went to a randomly drawn BBQ attendee (as seen in the video) and the Tab was a top prize in the charity raffle. They managed to raise over $2,000 for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, which we think is pretty dang awesome.

Since so many of you made it into the video, we thought it might be fun to play a little video bingo and see if we can’t name off all the nerds in the video. For instance, at 5m13s, we’ve got @cyanogen. At 9m47s, we talk to @godsmoon. At 10m53s, I’m pretty sure that’s @ashleyesqueda popping in for the bacon talk. Who do you see?

We had a blast at the BBQ and wanted to thank all the organizers and volunteers that made it happen. Also, huge props to Brandon and @BigKeivan for shooting the video for us. See everyone next year!
