This week we are taking another break from our Android Gaming Weekly recap and just focusing on new releases. We still plan to cover upcoming releases and games we are playing, but this new column is just dedicated to new games you can install and start playing right now. Check out our top picks and let us know if you have any suggestions for next week in the comments below.

1. Death Dome

Description: Battle behemoths in a virus ravaged city! Can you survive the Death Dome? No one really remembers where it all started…but before long…it was everywhere. The “M” virus… Most people who showed symptoms were dead within days…but others weren’t so lucky. Mutations were showing up all over the city. The infected were quarantined in a bio-dome force field that encased the city of Palamira. Some called it a “safe zone”, but most know it as the Death Dome.

Taylor says: This is a clone of Glu Mobile’s Blood & Glory series, and that’s a good thing.

2. Real Soccer 2013

Description: Take part in the most immersive soccer simulation. The newest edition of the hit soccer simulation is back to score another win for the franchise with a whole new set of moves. Reinforce your team by developing your club’s facilities, hiring new staff members, dealing with sponsors and more. Join soccer legends like our cover athlete, Falcao, on the pitch.

Taylor says: Fun soccer game if you can get over the in-app purchases and notification spam. This year’s entry includes  more team management gameplay, which is a nice addition.

3. Devil’s Attourney

Description: Devil’s Attorney is a turn-based strategy game set in the 80′s where you play as Max McMann, a defense attorney that’s high on charm but low on moral fiber. Your objective is to free all of your clients and use the money you earn to buy accessories and new furniture for your apartment; boosting your ego and unlocking new courtroom skills in the process.

Taylor says: Looks so different from anything on Android. I just went ahead and purchased it.

4. Fantashooting

Description: As a prerequisite for graduation, apprentices at Fantasy Hero Institute must survive the final test of Mori. Around the Mori Institute are scary monsters, magic bombs, goblins, insects, piranhas…I’ll scare myself if I go any further! If you dare, follow the apprentices into the mysterious and unpredictable forrest and help them survive the trials of the forest allowing them to graduate!

Taylor says: Free to play, dual-stick shooter with RPG elements – what’s not to love? Does not support tablets, yet.

5. Call of Mini: Sniper

Description: A mysterious corporation has been testing weapons in the mountains, and those new bioweapons had an unexpected side effect: zombies! You are Rod, the sheriff of Muerte Vista and the only thing standing between the last survivors and complete zombie apocalypse. Time to take aim and save the world one headshot at a time!

Taylor says: I played their previous game Call of Mini: Zombies and it was pretty cool. This looks to keep the fun going.

6. Justice League: EFD

Description: 5 DC Comics super heroes are now ready for your command. Lex Luthor plots his revenge on the Justice League, and aligns himself with other villains such as Ares, Sinestro, Gorilla Grodd and the Joker to try to take down the Justice League and bring doom to the planet. Play as Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, Green Lantern, or the Flash and help save the world!

Taylor says: Could be enjoyable if you like DC Comics, but early reviews show this game is full of bugs. Be on the lookout for an update.

7. Razor Salvation THD

Description: Defend your homeland. Save the world. As commander of the dropship “Salvation”, you are tasked with rescuing Earth’s inhabitants and helping with the EDSF defence effort. Razor Salvation is the first instalment in a series of games that will take the player along the story of the Xenos and why they have invaded our planet Earth.

Taylor says: It’s a Tegra exclusive for now, but look for this game to land on other devices soon.

8. Cowboys vs Aliens vs Ninjas

Description: Download this exciting twin-stick shooter: 15 upgradeable weapons, 8 enemies and unique scenarios! Ninjas and Aliens are taking over the Wild West! Now, the lonely gunfighter known as Chuck West is the last hope to defeat them. Help the fearless cowboy in his mission to wipe out this crazy invasion. If you think you’re badass enough, try your abilities in Survival mode.

Taylor says: Why leave out zombies?

9. Pettson’s Inventions

Description: Help Pettson and Findus build their inventions! In this tricky game you should help building these clever inventions. You need to figure out which ones of the objects should be included and where to put them in the machinery. Drag and drop the objects to their right spot and watch the invention start. For every invention finished there will be a reward of a cogwheel. When you have finished all the inventions a special invention will be unlocked where you will help Findus fly out to space! Pettson’s Inventions is a pedagogic app that practices logic and stimulates creativity for preschoolers.

Taylor says: This could be a total flop, but it looks interesting. Might want to wait for some more reviews to pop up before you spend your money.

10. Anargor

Description: Free 3D RPG game set in medieval times with magnificent graphics and sounds. The hero wakes up and discovers that the evil is on the rise. From the underworld known as Anargor, it is coming to destroy the world. He has chosen by Gods to stop the madness. The hero who lives peacefully is now pulled into this epic story.

Taylor says: The early reviews are downright terrible (2.9 average score), and the game is full of glitches, but this one could have potential after a couple of updates. We are sharing it this week so you can keep an eye on it.
