Rumor: HTC DLX to make Asian debut in early December

htc-dlx-black

According to the latest rumor, the international-bound HTC DLX is on track to debut in Asian starting in early December and will be available in white, black and brown.  The latest details claim that the handset will debut in China on December 6th and a Taiwan launch is scheduled for December 10th. To differentiate the HTC DLX from the HTC J Butterfly, the handset will feature red accents around the front and back of the device – similar to the European HTC One X+.

While a European launch of the HTC DLX is still unconfirmed at this time, we still have hope. We have a feeling that we’ll be learning about the HTC international launch plans for the HTC DLX once Verizon and HTC unveil the DROID DNA tomorrow.  Stay tuned!

This would be a nice unlocked phone, but I guess it will sell for $600+.

Sense alone just turns me off no matter how good the specs are. It never used to be like this.

Also, while this is being shown off tomorrow, the Nexus 4 will be ready to purchase tomorrow.

Doesnt matter if its HTC DIX or HTC Jerk Butterfly. HTC is dead and they deserved it. HTCrap. Rest in pieces.

HTC can easily get back on its feet, they just need to have bigger batteries, and fix some problems in their phones. Then i think they are getting back on the right track. I’m currently on my 2th HTC One X after the first suffered from the Wi-Fi issue. My friend have an S3 and she got JB 2 days ago. I can clearly see that samsung didn’t change much. New thing i have seen on it: New folders, New clock in the notification bar (When its pulled down), Google Now and that’s it. I understand why it took HTC Longer time to develop JB for HTC One X.

Nice and thin. Hope HTC has good luck with it. If they ever bring it to the states I hope they offer it in brushed aluminum with black or white trim, that would look great. Not sure of the specs but I would not rule this phone out if the price was right.

This thing will be stuck on ICS/JB (whichever it launches on) far beyond key lime pie….because HTC’s new tagline is quietly not providing OS updates

I think that the power button being at the top rather than on the right side, is going to be quite the hassle for a smartphone of this size.

Design wise, it might just be me, but I prefer the speaker grill to be like the one on the One X. This one just feels odd and out of place with respect to the whole phone.
