Alleged Samsung Galaxy S IV shows up on video

It’s only been a few short hours since Samsung showed off its official teaser image of the upcoming Galaxy S IV, but that doesn’t mean we’re going to ignore any unofficial pictures or videos of the device. The latest SGSIV video leak comes from the same guys who posted images of the handset yesterday. The clip shows off a dual-sim device with a China Unicom bootup sequence and gives us an overview of the hardware and quick look at the UI.

It’s impossible to know if this is a prototype, production or market specific device, but the shape does match up with the teaser image Samsung showed off on all of its social media outlets. The good news is that the band around the edge of the phone actually looks like it’s real metal. It’s not much, but it is a step up from the Samsung Galaxy S III.

At this point we’re not sure what to think any more. What’s your take on the video? Do you think Samsung will stick with the same basic design as the S III?
