The LG G2 is finally official, though we’ve known about it for far too long. Looking at the device, it appears that LG is going in the right direction. With a powerful Snapdragon 800 under the hood and what looks to be a pretty nice feature set on top of Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean, the device looks to be at least on par and in some cases even ahead of its competition. Here’s a comparison of the current flagships:
As you can see, the LG G2 has the competition beat with its processor. It’s also competitive in the RAM, display, camera, and software department. The giant 3,000 mAh battery is a huge plus, while the 16GB of memory with no expandable storage is a downer. Overall, it’s a pretty impressive device in the spec department. Now we’ll have to see how it performs in real world usage.
So now that you see how the LG G2 compares to the competition, what do you think of it? Will the Snapdragon 800 be its saving grace, or will LG’s lack of reputation keep the device down? We’d love to know what you think!
