Customize your phone with two leaked HTC M8 wallpapers

The retail launch if the HTC M8 (aka the HTC One 2014) is not expected until late March, but that doesn’t mean you need to wait until then to make your current phone look a bit like HTC’s upcoming flagship device. Thanks to @evleaks, we now have two wallpapers from the HTC M8 and the new Sense 6. Will still have no clue what the new build of Sense will look like or what cool new features it will introduce us to, but the size of the new HTC M8 wallpapers (2160 x 1920)┬áleads us to believe that scrollable wallpapers may be making a comeback.

So, there we get capacitive buttons again… that’s a silly move.

    • Cory

No. According to leaks it is onscreen buttons.

I hope so, dont dislike, its all about design terms, keeping the capacitive buttons its just a silly move when google is showing the path with onscreen buttons so…

I prefer capacitive buttons. I dont need the black seaweed taking up viewing estate pretty much all the time. I’ve tried nexus series phones and tablets as well as Z1 and the on-screen buttons annoys the hell outta me.

That said, I’ll still get the M8 simply because I like HTC’s phone aesthetics.

Well onscreen buttons free up some space on the bottom for speakers or bigger screens without increasing size too much, so onscreen buttons look very promising and beneficial.

On screen buttons are hidden in most apps along with the statusbar. Swiping from the top or bottom brings them back. So in the end you lose zero screen real estate. TMYK
