      ever heard of micro sd?

Capacity-wise, sure, that will help. But if I’m not mistaken, I don’t think it’s common for the built-in camera app to have a setting to record videos directly to the microSD card instead of internal memory. And even if it were possible, don’t microSD cards tend to have slower data write speeds than internal memory? I wouldn’t be surprised if they were unable to keep up with 4k video recording.

Makes me wonder why htc is using the 800 snapdragon, if better is available for the M8. This phone is a beast

The 801 was introduced today at MWC. Original Xperia Z2 rumors indicated that it would have the Snapdragon 800, so we could assume that the M8 will have the same 801 chip.

I’m glad they improved on the screen by making it both bigger and better. The screen was always one place they could do better and from the sounds of it and the hands-on experience they have listened and improve it a lot. Good job Sony. That 4K video capture should be pretty awesome to use and i guess that’s where the microSD slot comes to play, so that you can put it all on there instead of the 16GB internal storage.
