oneplusneversettleaam

We’re just one week away from the official unveiling of the OnePlus One, and today the folks at OnePlus have announced the list of 16 countries in which the One will initially be available in. Included in the launch group is Austria, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Taiwan, the United Kingdom and the United States.

OnePlus also reaffirmed that its smartphone will sell for under $400/€350. In exchange for your hard-earned cash, you’ll get a device with the following specs:

  • 5.5-inch 1080p display
  • Quad-core Snapdragon 801 processor
  • 13-megapixel rear, 5-megapixel front cameras
  • 3GB of RAM
  • 16GB/64GB storage options
  • Global LTE connectivity
  • 3100mAh battery
  • CyanogenMod OS with voice wakeup support

The OnePlus One is shaping up to be an impressive handset spec-wise, especially since it’ll be available for under $400/€350 unlocked. Of course, we still don’t know exactly what the thing looks like, but thankfully that’ll change next week when the teases come to an end and the OnePlus One is finally revealed to the world.

Are you considering buying the OnePlus One when it’s put up for sale?

I will be buying one. I’ve been a nexus guy and actually downgraded to the Moto G. It’s been a nice in between phone for when I grab the OnePlus One.

I am seriously considering buying one. I fully support what the company is doing, as they will have a BIG impact on bringing down the insane prices that other companies are charging. I also like the fact that it’s unlocked. Lots of good stuff going on with this phone.

Most exciting phone of the year. Who needs to pay 200 hundred more for the s5 or m8? This phone is the one to get

the 16GB/32GB Nexus 5 released in November 2013 was and is only $349/$399. so the price isnt a breakthrough. But this will give the Nexus 5(2014 edition) some competition especially if they have a 64GB option and with the strong developer community behind them for customizations. But i still think the next Nexus phone to be the most exciting to look forward too especially with an expected refreshed Android 4.5

The Nexus camera is a joke. The one plus one should be much better

The only thing I didn’t really like about this phone was CyanogenMod. It’s good but I’m currently running SlimKat on my Nexus 5 since I like less bulky ROMs.

I’m sure the development community will be all over this. I like my Nexus 5 but I think I might grab one of these. Yeah, the price might not be something new but those specs with that price is something refreshing.
