Google releases app for I/O 2014

Google IO 2014 app

Are you excited for Google I/O? I can’t imagine you not being excited. The event is coming up soon, and those who are going will need some way of finding all the different conferences for specific topics. And just like every year, Google has released the official Google I/O 2014 app to the Play Store for everyone to download.

This app contains schedules for all the conferences, complete with filtering by topic, reminders, live streams, a map, and syncing your personal schedule between devices. It’s definitely a useful app to have if you’re attending, and could even be useful outside of the conference. If you’re interested in the app, hit the widget below to download it, and check out the full list of features!

  • Explore the conference agenda, with details on themes, topics, speakers and partners.
  • Add events to a personalized schedule
  • Get reminders before events in “My schedule” start and once they’re over, to provide feedback
  • Watch the Keynote and sessions live stream
  • Sync your schedule between all of your devices and the I/O website
  • Guide yourself using the vector-based conference map
  • Follow public social I/O related conversations on Google+
  • See I/O content from previous years in the Video Library
  • Use the Widget to check your upcoming events directly from your home screen
  • Take advantage of facilitated pre-event WiFi configuration
