Samsung introduces Level Box mini bluetooth speaker with a whopping 25 hour battery

Level-Box-mini

Samsung’s “Level” series of audio products is getting a new member today with the introduction of the Level Box mini. Supplementing some headphones and the standard Level Box, the mini is 30 percent slimmer than the standard model and is focused on portability. To achieve this, it’s armed with a 1,600 mAh battery, which Samsung says is good for 25 hours of music listening.

As someone who loves to review speakers, anything over 10 hours in a small size is pretty impressive to me. But having 25 hours of music on tap is just incredible. Other features include NFC for easy pairing, a microphone and a bunch of software features like SoundAlive and support for S Voice. It’s no slouch in the features department, though I’d love to hear the audio quality for myself.

Unfortunately, no price has been given so we don’t know how much it’ll go for. But with these features, I’m definitely interested in this little speaker. What do you think of the Level Box mini? Tell us in the comments!

Just picked up a UE Mini Boom. If it can compete against that in the sound department, I’ll check it out.

The Level series from Samsung is their high end audio products. I’m expecting these speakers to sound great, but at a hefty price.

I own a Bose SoundLink II. I was unimpressed by the III, and overall they’re a bit too expensive. Great speakers, but too expensive. The SoundLink Mini is not very good in my opinion, you can find better for less.

I also own a soundlink mini and it sounds amazing from something so small. not really sure what you’re talking about saying the mini didn’t sound good, the day i went to get a speaker I tried out like everything in the store, and they sounded better than anything else, be it the UE boom (which I originally wanted), Sony SRS x5/x7 (they sounded basically the same), the beats pills (obviously), and the jawbone jamboxes. the soundlink III sounded similar to the mini but not 100$ better and I wanted something portable so.. that’s how I went through the day to choose what speaker I wanted lol
