Motorola DROID Turbo revealed in user guide leak before its official announcement

Remember that DROID Turbo that showed us its Kevlar-clad backside last month? Well it’s back again today, but this time we’re getting a peek at its face.

The Motorola DROID Turbo has been outed by a leaked Verizon user guide. As you can see above, the manual includes a clear look at the Turbo’s face, which looks fairly DROID-like and includes capacitive navigation buttons. The leaked guide also confirms several of the Turbo’s specs:

  • 5.2-inch “ultra high-definition display”
  • 21-megapixel rear camera
  • nano SIM
  • 4G LTE
  • NFC
  • Droid Zap
  • Motorola Migrate, Moto Assist, Moto Voice and Moto Actions

The DROID Turbo offers many of the same software features as its Moto X sibling, which Verizon currently sells, but the Turbo offers some slightly higher specs. Obviously we’ll have to wait until we get this thing in our hands before we know how those features perform, but if you value bleeding edge specs over customizability, the DROID Turbo may be a better choice than the new Moto X.

Do we know what the battery size is? I feel like I’ve read something above 3,000 mah, perhaps over 3,500? If it’s over 3,500 I’m really interested. Don’t know how I feel about the buttons though. 805 would sell me on it but I wish the Z3 would come to Verizon!
