Mobile World Congress is the perfect time for manufacturers to unveil a plethora of new devices, and Acer is no different. The manufacturer has just confirmed three brand new Android-powered smartphones, which offer the latest version of Android for those who need that sort of thing.

On Sunday, Acer officially unveiled the Liquid Jade Z, the Liquid Z520 and Z220. Here’s the breakdown:

  • Acer Liquid Jade Z: 5-inch HD IPS display with Gorilla Glass 3, MediaTek 64-bit quad-core prcessor, 13-megapixel rear and 5-megapixel front cameras, Bright Magic Selfie for quality self-shots, and a body that measures 7.9mm thick.
  • Acer Liquid Z520: 8-megapixel rear camera, 2-megapixel front-facing camera, 8GB of storage, 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 processor, and 1GB of RAM.
  • Acer Liquid Z220: 4-inch 800×480 display, 1.2GHz Snapdragon 200 processor, 5-megapixel rear and 2-megapixel front cameras, 8GB of storage, and 1GB of RAM.

Unfortunately, any other details regarding the handsets, like the pricing and even a launch window, weren’t shared along with the initial unveiling. Acer will probably have more to share soon.

Hopefully the pricing is close to that of the Moto X, G and E, nice to see quality affordable phones coming to market.
