Just hours after a leaked image teased the Sony Xperia Z4, another leak has surfaced that gives us a preview of the entire device.
Several images of the Sony Xperia Z4 have been posted to Nowhereelse.fr, source of the Xperia Z4 leak from earlier today. This latest leak shows the device from all sides, though it’s said that they’re unfinished images, which would explain why there are no logos on the back of the device.
Looking at this Xperia Z4, the device looks quite a bit like the Xperia Z3, just as we noted with the earlier leak. That’s especially true now that we can see the whole phone, though. There are a few small changes worth noting with the Xperia Z4, like the earpiece and speaker that are now at the top and bottom of the Z4’s face, and the SIM slot that’s moved to the left side of the phone. Sony also appears to have abandoned the magnetic charging port that was on the left side of the Xperia Z3.
The Xperia Z3 features the latest iteration of Sony’s OmniBalance design, with rounded edges and the company’s well-known side-mounted power/lock button. Those rounded edges helped the Xperia Z3 to feel pretty nice in the hand, and so it wouldn’t be a surprise to see Sony take that design and make a few improvements on it for the Xperia Z4.
