Verizon has launched a new LTE tablet on its site called the Ellipsis 10, and it actually seems like a decent offering. Its focus is on battery life, which it achieves with a large 9,100mAh battery that can achieve 25 hours of use.
Other specs include a 10.1-inch 1920×1200 IPS display, a 1.5GHz quad core processor, 16GB of storage with a microSD slot supporting up to 32 extra gigabytes, a 5MP camera, and Android 5.1 Lollipop. It also has stereo angular speakers with a “smart amplifier.” And of course, it features Verizon LTE support.
You can get it for $299.99 full price, $199.99 with a 2-year contract, or $12.49 a month for 24 months with $0 down. It honestly seems like a decent deal on a tablet, though only real world use will determine how good it really is.
