HTC may be looking to get its street cred (and profits, of course, don’t forget profits) back with a couple Nexus devices in 2016, but maintaining an impressive update schedule on its current hardware and delivering a winner with the rumored One M10 will certainly win it plenty of fans amongst the Android faithful, too.

As is so often the case, news of these updates is coming from Mo Versi, VP of Product Management at HTC. Seriously, if you want info on an update, this is the man to follow.

Owners of the HTC One A9 should be on the look out for their January security update via OTA this morning.

In somewhat more surprising news, the Sprint HTC One M8 is on the cusp of receiving its Android 6.0 Marshmallow update via OTA sometime later today, not too far behind its European brethren.

Finally, we have a slew of Canadian carriers (Sasktel, Rogers, Wind and Videotron) releasing Marshmallow updates for the HTC One M9 on Monday.
