The HTC 10 hasn’t even been fully announced, and there are already rumors of the mini version of the device flying around. But the rumors are quite exciting, so let’s hope they’re right. The latest rumor claims that the HTC 10 mini will be a not-so-mini 4.7 inches, but will launch with high end specs.

More specifically, the device may have a Snapdragon 823 processor, which is an 820 clocked at 2.8GHz, and 4GB of RAM. Most mini devices suffer from mid range specs, even low end specs sometimes, but the iPhone SE might change that. With Apple releasing a small high end smartphone, we may see a resurgence of small high end Android devices. Even the Galaxy S7 mini is rumored to get the same treatment.

While it’s too early to fully trust such rumors, it would be great if this one would be true. We need some good small Android phones on the market, so let’s hope HTC is one of the companies to pull it off. Would you buy a 4.7-inch HTC 10 mini?
