Firefox Focus is a lightweight, privacy-focused browser that blocks ads

Privacy is a big issue these days, with our privacy quickly dwindling for many reasons (including the information we willing put out on the internet every day). If you want increased privacy during your web browsing, the latest app from Firefox can help.

Firefox Focus isn’t meant to replace your regular browser. In fact, it’s missing basic features like tabs and extensions. This is a simple and focused portal to a single web page that blocks ads and ad trackers. When you’re done with your session, you hit the ever-present trash icon to delete all history. There is also security against taking screenshots, just in case.

Keep in mind that apps like Firefox Focus aren’t foolproof. If someone really wanted to, they could still track you. But it’s still useful for those who want a quick, light browsing experience without the slowdowns of ads and ad trackers. Head here to download the app and let us know what you think in the comments!
