Today Samsung announced a Rose Pink variant of the Galaxy S8+ which will be exclusive to the Taiwan market. As you can see from the image, it’s a remarkably bright device, but nothing else about the phone is different from other GS8+ models. This is still a handset with a 6.2-inch “Infinity Display” as well as 64GB of built-in storage.
The Rose Pink Galaxy S8+ will launch in Taiwan next month and it will be priced at TW 27,900 (about $920 USD) when it arrives. Interestingly enough, Samsung also says the handset will only be available for a limited time, and the company isn’t shy in positioning it for a more female-oriented crowd.
If the Rose Pink Galaxy S8+ was released outside of the Taiwanese market, would you or anyone you know pick one up?
