What Instagram’s New Terms of Service Mean for You

Instagram released an updated version of its privacy policy and terms of service on Monday, and they include lengthy stipulations on how photographs uploaded by users may be used by Instagram and its parent company, Facebook. The changes, which will go into effect Jan. 16, will not apply to pictures shared before that date.

    I am so glad I bailed on Facebook. It’s only gotten worse, and now this Instagram crap.

    I don’t know why users put up with it.
