UPDATE: We’re now receiving word that it may be another 1-2 weeks before we see Gingerbread on the G2x. No word on whether this was a delay or whether our original rumor was incorrect. We’ll keep you updated.

David over at Tmonews has leaked that T-Mobile’s current flagship, the LG G2x, is no longer available for purchase from tmobile.com. Tmonews goes on to speculate that the deactivation of the G2x is likely related to the various quality issues that have plagued the device since launch.

Our friends at TmoNews are reporting T-Mobile will ship their highly anticipated G2x and G-Slate devices on April 20th. The official announcement has yet to occur, but T-Mobile is expected to reveal all the details next week at CTIA in Orlando.
