We had to take last week off due to scheduling conflicts but we are back today at our regular time, 2PM CT (3 PM ET / 12 PM PT). Each week we broadcast live to discuss all the biggest Android happenings of the week, all while taking your calls and hanging out in the group chat. A few weeks ago we launched the new Android and Me mobile site to almost unanimously positive reviews. The outpouring of support for my first major mobile build really got me excited and to return the favor I wanted to try to share some of what I learned.
Week three rolls around and we’re starting to feel good. Got our rhythm, got callers, got a show (no dead air!). Making everything better is the insanely lively chat room filled with Android users and devs (you should be there).
It may sound cheesy, but one of my favorite things about the internet is watching people come together to get things done. At the drop of a hat a new project can spark up and in no time at all a whole team of doers assemble to make it happen.
While last week wasn’t exactly the dazzling success we’d hoped it’d be (read: 26 minutes of dead air) we are back for week 2 of the new Android and Me podcast. We think we’ve got the bugs out of the system and are looking forward to today’s show.
