Could Google be working on a slightly updated version of the Galaxy Nexus? It wouldn’t be the first time a manufacturer refreshed a device just months after the initial release. A recent benchmark score spotted on the Nenamark site shows a Galaxy Nexus featuring a PowerVR SGX544 graphics processor.

Last week, a published then quickly pulled ad on Cnet’s site indicated that the Samsung Galaxy Nexus would be Sprint’s flagship LTE device. Since companies generally don’t create ads for products that don’t (or won’t) exist, we were pretty confident Sprint would be getting the Galaxy Nexus in the coming months.
This rumor comes completely out of left field. After the long, very long awaited Samsung Galaxy Nexus release for Verizon, customers started reporting issues with the 4G LTE network. Verizon has acknowledged the problem, and says that it is working on a fix via a software update. It seems like the fix is not as big as we expected, though.
