The Droid RAZR MAXX just became available for purchase earlier today on Verizon’s site for $299 and here we are with a sale already. Amazon Wireless is offering to shave $100 off the top for new Verizon customers and get you out the door for a more palatable $199.

We were expecting to see some big things out of Intel this CES, namely a reference tablet and possible production model smartphone, but we were not expecting this.
