Do you prefer paying outright for your mobile games, or are you a fan of freemium??

I see major mobile gaming companies switching to the freemium model and it appears to be upsetting many gamers who feel the model is ruining classic gameplay. I personally enjoy both, but was wondering if you prefer one over the other, and why?

Freemium normally annoys me. Some games require you to grind for hours in order to advance and other games pretty much force you to make in-app purchases to finish. I’d rather know the full cost of the game up front.

But devs are making way more money on the freemium model right now, so don’t expect it to go away anytime soon.

Agreed, but I actually like freemium when it’s done right like Death Rally. Once we’re talking very in depth games like console type games*, I wouldn’t want to.mess around with whether I pay changing my game experience.
