Facebook Phone. Good or Bad?

Android and me have covered the subject, but I want to know other people’s opinions.

I’m going to go with neutral. While, I’m its good to see HTC think out of the box to make a low end model without diluting the “One” brand Facebook is mostly for mothers these days…

Ya, Facebook is sooo not worth it anymore!
Look at the app! it’s just crap!
and you don’t want to assiciate your flagship phone with an
app that constantly crashes your phone do ya ??

I have to agree with this…I just switched from the FriendCaster to the official facebook app…

FriendCaster was much more stable but the Facebook app is pretty much the whole website..you can tag people in posts and what not…

However, it sometimes just doesn’t work or says, “No Internet Connection”. From a previous A&M story, Facebook was forcing the app developers to use android’s facebook app to get them to work on it.

I don’t think it’s working. To me, Facebook knows the app is horrible so why would they come out with a phone specifically for this?

Is the phone version going to be different? Is there a big fix coming up for the app (highly unlikely)?

Maybe facebook is just trying to milk it now before they become the next Myspace

I think it isn’t going to be as much of a hit as FB is hoping. I mean look at their previous FB phones and how poorly they have done. People are fine with an app and don’t want something that takes up their entire device.

I’m not that interested in it, but many will be, choice is good so I think it’s a good move for the FB power users.

I don’t like that it does away with so much of what’s great about Android, like widgets and customization.
