The update to Jellybean for Toshiba Excite 7 and 10 became available yesterday, 12/27/2012. Toshiba Excite 10 SE comes with Jellybean.

Nice! Good job Toshiba.

Also looks like the Toshiba Excite 7.7 is getting the update as well
Always thought the amoled display on the 7.7 would be nice.
