Rumored: Motorola X & Google Nexus 5 Likely Same Phone

Let the rumors begin… :)
Specs are rumored to be:
5-inch display with 1080p display resolution,
a quad-core processor, likely a Snapdragon S4 Pro,
2 GB RAM,
a 12-megapixel or 13-megapixel rear camera and Android 5.0 out of the box.

Google is also believed to be unveiling the Motorola X Phone at the yearly event, which kicks off on May 15, 2013 introducing Key Lime Pie – Android 5.0

Digs news again. What CEO Google says before. Motorola XPhone absolutely different than Nexus. Motorola XPhone more high class than Nexus.

I had a trusted source tell me he heard the next Nexus phone was going to be HTC, but everything I have heard from HTC says they are not interested in the Nexus brand.

  I remember reading those quotes before. However, if Google comes knocking, I don’t see them turning down Google.

    If you really want stock experience, there is always the option of a Cm10 or AOKP Rom.
    I have android 4.2.1 running on my HTC sensation that way.

      I want stock android on a phone meant to run stock. I lose all the good qualities of my camera if I run stock on my Evo LTE.

If it is a “game changer” like the latest rumors state, i hope its more than just specs though. If the X phone is anything like what google’s Project X has released with google glasses and the autonomous car, then i believe it can live up to the hype.
