We need more GTA on Android

Watching these old trailers remind me of how much fun I had back in the day with my PS2, now I can’t wait for Rockstar to release more GTA for Android, hopefully it won’t be long. Who else is getting them as soon as they are released?

I will. I’ve loved every game in the series and after seeing the graphics the T3 can handle, I’m sure Vice City and San Andreas would be awesome.

  My thoughts exactly, that’s the one I can’t wait for, Vice City will be fun to play while waiting for San Andreas though.

Amen. Its only a matter of time. I could play GTA for days straight – 5000mAh battery please! and I agree; San Andreas has to be the best lol.

PS. Have you guys seen the trailer for GTAV?

  ps3 titles may be a little out of the scope of current generation android devices. ps2 GTA games seem to be well within the realm of possibility, though. San Andreas would be optimal, but I would be happy with Vice City.

      Tegra 4 would probably be able to cope, since tegra 3 looks like it’s almost powerful enough.

They should be able to provide a dimmed down version of the game looking at the games you can already find for a Nintendo 3DS or PSP. There are some games that have amazing graphics and smooth gameplay. This already started with Kingdom Hearts for the old Nintendo DS. Speaking of Kingdom Hearts, I would love to see some older console games make their way to tablets. Think about, GTA Vice City or San Andreas, Kingdom Hearts, Jak & Daxter, Ratchet & Clank, Ghost Recon, Need for Speed, etc. I’m not looking for remakes, just a compatible version of the original game.

Getting back to the issue, I would gladly pay for games like GTA if they’d improve the graphics a bit.

  I’m sure when Vice City and San Andreas are released they will have improved graphics, because GTA 3 did have better graphics on Android than it did for PS2.

    That would be perfect! You tend to forget how pixelated some games looked when you played them. I mean, I played GTA IV a lot, but I didn’t like it as much as San Andreas or Vice City. So I decided to play them again. It was hilarious to see how bad those graphics are compared to the new games.
