Reasons why I'm thinking of getting this over the Atrix:
NFC chip
Orion is probably faster then Tegra 2
Unlocked boat loader + factory...

I wouldn't say it's a 'steal' as much as I would say it's 'fairly priced'.
At $500 even $300 plus the extras.. it's way way way over...
