The Galaxy S II works with ScreenCast though, the Galaxy Nexus does not. So if you want to make video screen recordings go with the GS2.

Get the Sprint version. It is free and there is plenty of great 3rd party ROM support. Oh I forgot, it also has 32GB onboard storage.
