I just setup a Google Currents account for a client. I'd suggest using the tablet of contents which link to feeds for different topics....

Stock ICS, no touch wiz
Bump up the cameras
Quad core processors
Micro USB instead of propriety such connector
MHL support for HDMI
SD...

I'd love one of these, I still don't own a tablet!
