I would suggest you follow him with your incessant Richard bashing, but I noticed you've already done so (Android Central). Why you can't just down vote him and move on is beyond me.
Applying your logic, most people have no business owning a computer, smartphone, digital camera, or new vehicle that employs technology. Perhaps potential buyers should be required to prove they have an A&M account with a high grade before being approved for purchase.
I continue to wonder why people down vote comments like yours (and Cole's below). It's one thing to discredit a product sight unseen, but to say you wouldn't buy it deserves a down vote? You should have just said "I agree"- that always seems to get multiple thumbs-up.
These super-size phones will really get popular when that "European man bag" comes of age!
Data is unlimited in those plans. The fact that they throttle you just slows down your throughput, but you can still use data without extra charges.
I would rather have a Samsung than an LG (have always had great experiences with Samsung- just a personal preference). I went on Google Play the morning of 10/29 thinking I could get the previous Nexus, sub $349.
While I suspected they might already be sold out, I didn't expect to see "This item is no longer available for sale" (unless that means they are sold out). What a BUMMER!
S/O to you for this post. It's refreshing to see someone defend a fellow reader for a change!
Our "acceptance" is verified by continuing to buy a given manufacturer's product. If, say Samsung, realized a significant drop in sales due to their failure to push out updates, I assure you they would rectify the problem.
I'll bet you they beat AT&T!
That is the BIG caveat for me on AT&T, pushing out timely updates. They don't have a good track record to say the least.
Seems to me that if "quick settings" is located on a second panel, they're not so quick anymore.
I love it-my phone is on the list. I think I'll keep it even longer, just to give me the feeling that somehow I'm pissing Apple off!
Bite me, Apple!
This is ridiculous. If I had the attitude of waiting 6 more months for the "next" phone release, I would probably never upgrade. Why get the GSIV when I could wait for the GSV, etc...
Not to mention the trial is in Apple's backyard.
Gives a whole new meaning to "made in China" eh?
Whiskers, you're running JB on a Captivate I897? Can you direct me to info to do that? I have stock 2.3.5, and haven't found any info to even root it! I'd pay you to flash mine if it was possible! Could you reply to me at email@example.com? I would be forever grateful!
How about the court ordering Apple to redesign their logo- with a SECOND BITE out of that apple!
Your popularity (rating) is no doubt due to the fact that you post thoughtful, insightful comments. I bet you excel in college as well as life in general.
Good for you my man. I wish you great success!
They won't need your authorization. If you are off contract, then there is no binding agreement between you; hence, no breach of contract when (not if) they roll you to a tiered plan. Your only choice then becomes which tier you want to buy.
