I imagine this will take even longer for me, as I have the T-Mobile branded GSM HTC Hero, which they've renamed the T-Mobile G2 Touch....

You have to navigate to Settings > Security > Firmware Download

It looks like a terrible phone any way - why would anybody get that over the other Android devices on T-Mobile?

I'm just trying to figure out how you would get a single couple...
