20 seconds of Sony Rachael awesomeness

Have you been waiting for the first Sony Ericsson Android phone? We are expecting to get the first official details next week. Sony Ericsson went ahead and uploaded a 20 second teaser video to their YouTube page in order to build the hype. Mark your calendars for November 3rd and pray T-Mobile picks up this phone. Are you excited?

Not T-Mobile! Sprint! I want to leave T-Mobile lol. I wonder if they made a custom UI for it or not.

This will be a GSM phone. No love for Sprint fans. Sorry.

I still have over a year on my G1 contract. :(

Oh well. I just have to console myself that in another year, Android phones will be even more awesome than the upcoming ARM Cortex A8 phones.

For me it’s either this or the acer liquid, whichever comes to tmobile first.

Is it just my thinking or is the iPhone 3gs getting slowly left behind?

    • drock4484

Back your statement up…how is the 3Gs getting left behind? Behind who? It has the top of the line hardware available with the A8 Cortex and Power VR GPU. It has 16/32GB ROM (unlike the 512MB ROM in droid which is a freaking big fat joke). It still has the best mobile OS out there, everything about it simply works flawlessly. 100,000 apps to choose from. About 30million iphones have been sold. It has the largest developer network available for mobile apps. It captures video at 640x480x30fps. Does video editing which no other mobile can say. Has full corp exchange sync.

So, I ask again, how in the world is it getting left behind? And wait until mid 2010 when the 4th gen iphone comes out, its going to blow away anything running android. At best these new droid phones may finally pull even to 3gs.

You iphone haters crack me up. Its taken a full 2.5 years for the competition to finally come out with a phone that is at best an equal to the iphone and you’re talking about apple getting left behind?? Get real!

I’m just happy there’s finally a little competition, apple has owned the market too long, now they have something to drive them to come out with something better. The iphone is the best phone out there, i just wish there was a cdma version so I can get off the crappy AT&T network.

Anybody remember the über Mobile X1? A mobile that was hyped ’til the max, then delayed for months, and still it’s a piece of history noone would seriously pay 50 bucks for, let alone ten times that amount. Sony is as dead as can be. They’re just dead. The gravediggers have long forgotten about them.
