First look at Samsung Acclaim for U.S. Cellular

U.S. Cellular, the nation’s sixth-largest wireless carrier, teased us last week when they announced the exclusive Samsung Acclaim via Facebook, but failed to provide any pictures. Thanks to tip sent to Engadget Mobile, we now have our first look at the device.

A full spec sheet has not been provided, but the Samsung Acclaim is said to be a cousin of the Samsung Moment and geared towards the mid-range. The only official info revealed so far is the Acclaim will feature Android 2.1, a 3.2 inch HVGA display, and full QWERTY keyboard. U.S. Cellular expects to launch the device in July alongside their other Android phone, the HTC Desire.
