There have been app-advertisements on this blog several times in the past, but this post is beyond obvious that it’s an advertisement.

At the very least, use some common sense and “review” the app so then it’s not this obvious that this website is getting paid by the app developer.

    • http://technicquill.com Jess Blanchard

Some people would claim the quality of “beyond obvious” is, in actuality, satire or parody.

Just having some fun with writing styles. If we ever post a paid article (which we’ve never done, ever), it will clearly be marked.

How about a comparison of this to ROM Manager?

    • http://htcsource.com Nick Gray

I’m not sure this app is in the same category as ROM Manager. Yes, some of the features are the same, but this app is meant to give you direct access to multiple ROM without having to flash them every time.

I’m currently using the ACS Updater app which is similar to ROM Manager but provides better support for my device. BootManager does sound interesting though

When I saw the disclaimer I instantly read it in one of those fast TV commercial disclaimer voices.

Add support for more devices and i might try it, a lite version would be good to include in the ‘todo list’ too.

Dang i wish this worked for the droid x. This sounds awsome and i would totally buy it if i could.

  • Willard Potter

This might just be my next Market purchase… there are a few ROMs I’ve wanted to try that I just haven’t felt like dealing with all the backing up and restoring constantly to mess with. If this works as stated, would be the best purchase ever! lol

Surely not supported on my phone, but i already ve xrec

Even I thought this looks like a paid post. I liked what Jeff said. So I tried to “Vote Up” Jeff, but it was counted as “Vote Down” and Tried to “Vote Down” Jess, it was counted as “Vote Up”.

Removing AndroidandMe from my Opera Speed-Dial. Not because of me thinking that this is a paid post (though it might not be), but not letting me to show my views. You guys have NO rights to fcuk up my rights!

P.S: If my guess is right, this post won’t pass the mod and won’t be published.

    • http://clarklab.net Clark Wimberly

We don’t mod any comments (unless racist or hateful). And the votes work for virtually every other user. Are you sure it wasn’t user/browser error?

      • emmarbee

@clark – No it wasn’t a browser error. I had voted many times before that and even in this same article, the votes worked fine for all user except for you, jess and jeff. But now its working correctly.

@BetterWithRoot- u were right. But then again, I just explained what happened and people just got crazy and voted me down. funny people…

does Samsung Galaxy S support or not?

  • sylar
