Snow white Galaxy Nexus in stock online, shipping now

Fancy a white Galaxy Nexus? The guys from Negri Electronics now have them in stock for $659, and they are shipping now upon order. That’s not quite as cheap as Amazon, who sells the Galaxy Nexus for $629.99, but they only have it available in the standard titanium and silver colors.

The international version of the Galaxy Nexus (i9250) comes unlocked (like all Nexus phones) and works on both AT&T’s and T-Mobile’s HSPA+ networks. We already know that Sprint will carry the Galaxy Nexus, but there is no official word from AT&T or T-Mobile.

Verizon’s LTE version is my daily phone and it’s easily the best Android device out there. As we saw this week there are many benefits of being on the latest version of Android, like Google’s new Chrome Browser.

I’ve never shopped with Negri Electronics before, but I know several of our readers got their Galaxy Nexii from them and had good experiences. If you don’t care about color, I’d suggest ordering from Amazon and saving a few bucks. For anyone thinking of switching to Verizon, Amazon still has the Galaxy Nexus on sale at $99 for new customers.

Update: As pointed out in the comments, Negri Electronics also has the Canadian version of the 16 GB Galaxy Nexus for $595.50. It has the same penta-band radio and should work on AT&T and T-Mobile, but I’m told it is the yakjuwx build instead of¬†yakju.

Behold the white Galaxy Nexus.

Loving the White Galaxy Nexus this looks very nice. I will have to be satisfied with my Verizon Galaxy Nexus which I am…

    • Isaac

You finally switched off sprint? :OOO

      • Richard Yarrell

Yes Evo 3d is gone and so is sprint. I am loving my 10gb of LTE and my Galaxy Nexus my first stock android device….

        • honourbound68

Gratz to you (and to me too) on your switch (11 yrs on sprint for me). I’m still waiting for my GN to arrive but I’m looking forward to some LTE loving.

Hard to believe right? The ultimate HTC and Sprint fanboy is now with VZW and Samsung :)

        • BiGMERF

Allegiance changes as fast as the industry. At one time I swore by my Iphone and Att.

          • ablkida

            WOW… speechless!

        • Nexus

          You mean VZW and Nexus

My favorite android manufacture is Samsung mainly cause of the screen, but I think we need to clear on the subject.

Samaung just happened to be the Nexus maker since they got nice screen tech and solid plastic built quality. But any nexus is just nexus.

I don’t have nexus now but my next phone will be nexus no matter which manufacture builds because I trust google to pick the best manufacture.

I’m just happy for Samsung and their fans for winning the Nexus bid.

Oops this reply was meant for the man, Taylor

            Go Android Go Nexus!!!

          • Bill

I couldn’t agree more. Nexus devices are the only way to go.

I thought I was the ultimate HTC fanboy!

    • Nate B.

So did you jump or are you running with two carriers?

  • spazby

    very elegant or not

  • Edgar Cervantes

I kinda want it…. lol. But then again, I want everything….

    • http://htcsource.com Nick Gray

I’m not a fan of white phones which are not white on the front.

  • Nate B.

I don’t like how they have this half or all snow white devices later. Do it from the start ans let us choose. I like the look of it. My Verizon Galaxy Nexus is my daily driver as well. The NS4G doesn’t get to much love anymore on Sprint from me. Its in the box sleeping with the Gummy Nexus ROM, which I also am running on my Galaxy Nexus.

Curious Taylor, is your GN rooted?

  • Ryan

The white looks really nice, but I don’t know why they can’t make the front white too. Pretty much ruins the look for me.

    • wes

I actually like that the front is still black. A black bezel makes content on the screen “pop” better.

      • delinear

Yeah, the deep blacks of the nexus screen blend in really well, it makes the whole front look like it’s part of the screen. Changing it to white would probably make the screen look clipped. This looks much better than I thought it would.

  • hinds

The normal nexus is gun metal grey not black unless there is an actual black nexus, which I have not seen up to now.

I got mines from Negri (black) back in November and had an outstanding shopping experience with them! I have recommended them to countless people and they all had the same experience. They have all the Gnex’s available even the 32gb. For those looking to save a few bucks, they have the Canadian version (GSM) for 595. They just got the extended GSM battery in too

      Thanks for the tip.

  • http://lawrencesamantha.com olentz

Anyone knows how Negri Electronics do the warranty?

    • BiGMERF

you send it to them and they deal with Samsung UK directly

      • http://lawrencesamantha.com olentz

do u have real experience? would they send replacement, or just wait for repair… (which presumably will take weeks if not months, since they have to send it all the way to UK)

  • T1392

Just picked up my Gnex over the weekend at Costco. Im loving it & csnt wait for my extended battery to come, but i must say im digging the white any chance this will come to verizon soon?

  • Hector Roman

I got the Galaxy Nexus last week at Costco also wit the extended battery . This is the best phone i have ever used. I installed Google Wallet n it works grrrreeaatt! GET THIS PHONE!

  • wes

I can’t really tell from the picture but is the back still textured like the original? It looks smooth in the pic…

  • greeny42

I hear white is the new black

  • yankeesusa

This phone looks sweet. I hope they keep getting better. Can’t wait for an lte phone for Sprint. Looking forward to my June upgrade.

  • Hidroid

It is funny to see Mr Yarnell jumping on the nexus and Verizon train after reading paragraph after paragraph about how Sprint and the evo line are the best thing out there and will never be beaten.

  • Alexander drzfr3shboialex

I want <3. T-mobile just needs to get it with pentaband, in white and black(same day), and with 32gb of internal storage.

  • jsweetser2

Looks kinda dumb without white on the face…i’ll stick with my black/silver one.

  • Nory826

I really like the look of the white galaxy nexus, but I don’t think I would want to own it. I’d be worried about getting it dirty all the time lol so I’m fine with my original GSM version .

  • Hall Lo

Its so beautiful…. o.o I really want one of it now….

  • http://None Javier Bastardo

Looks good for what I can see, but I prefer the default colors… Actually, I would prefer to have the phone in my hands.

    • delinear

Yeah, it looks fantastic but I love my grey Nexus and don’t have to worry about getting it dirty or discoloured. If this was out when I got mine it would have been a tough choice though…

  • MoSDeeb

The white version looks nice. I actually want a pure black device instead of the silver-ish color.

  • jason

The canadian yakjuwx can fairly painlessly be flashed to pure yakju, and then you have the same phone for $30 cheaper

  • http://samsunggalaxys3review.net/samsung-galaxy-s3-release-date/ JeffryScott

And again prices are different from one website to another. But this is must have upgrade from Galaxy S that I currently own. http://samsunggalaxys3review.net/long-rumored-white-samsung-galaxy-nexus-officially-announced/
